I bought this suitcase because I have a bad knee. Some airports, like my home state of Utah have some horribly long walking distances to the gates. SLC being one of the worst. It works so good in airports. But it also has worked so good for me in other places too. I’m now in Yellowstone vacationing. Oh my what a blessing for my poor knee. I rode my suitcase from the parking lot to Old Faithful, sat on suitcase , to watch the eruption and rode it all the way back to the parking lot!
Even with 26L capacity, I packed everything I needed for a 4-day trip. Interior space is well-designed.
Airport staff actually laughed in delight seeing it — and I breezed past long walking lines.
Took it through JFK and LAX — this thing turns heads. Super smooth ride and enough room for a weekend trip.
The remote works well, but the app is where it really shines. Super intuitive interface.
Had a wheel alignment problem but support guided me through fixing it in 10 minutes. Works perfectly now.
